1 dead, 3 injured as 2 motorbikes collide head-on in Klungkung. None of the victims wore helmets

A lethal visitors accident occurred yesterday night on Rama Semarapura Road in Klungkung at round 06:30pm between two bikes. The crash reportedly occurred in entrance of a fuel station, leaving one injured whereas three others stay in important situation per this text’s publication.
Not one of the victims had been sporting helmets on the time of the crash, eyewitnesses stated and later confirmed by the authorities.
Klungkung Police’s visitors unit chief Wahyu Joko Nugroho stated the victims included IWS, 54, who was driving south with NWM, 52, on the again of his bike, in addition to R, 37, who was heading towards the wrong way with AM, 53.
IWS reportedly was leaning towards the west aspect of the highway (the very lane R was driving on) and the collision couldn’t be prevented.
“The 4 victims didn’t put on helmets,” Wahyu added.
IWS was pronounced lifeless upon arrival on the Klungkung Hospital because of struggling heavy trauma on his head. NWM, R, and AM suffered numerous accidents primarily on their head and limbs.
