4.2-magnitude earthquake rattles southern Bali, felt in Lombok
On prime of the floods that inundated some elements of Bali over the weekend, a 4.2-magnitude earthquake struck off Bali’s southern coast at the moment, which was reportedly felt within the neighboring islands of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB).

Based on the Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Company (BMKG), the earthquake struck at 1:27pm 65 kilometers southeast of South Kuta.
The quake’s epicenter was recorded at a depth of fifty kilometers within the ocean. The Denpasar chapter of BMKG chief Cahyo Nugroho stated there is no such thing as a potential for a tsunami and thus far there are not any aftershocks reported.
