EasyJet passengers stranded in Germany overnight after emergency landing due to unwell passenger
A planeload of easyJet passengers was stranded in Germany in a single day after their Scotland-bound flight was pressured to make an emergency touchdown.
Flight EZY6892 from Dalaman in Turkey to Glasgow departed at 10pm on 22 June and was attributable to contact down at 1am on 23 June.
However the service needed to divert to Frankfurt after a girl turned unwell onboard.
Passengers have been then caught on the airport in a single day after being deplaned simply after midnight.
One traveller described the expertise as “an entire nightmare”, after being forbidden from leaving the airport attributable to safety causes.
Izzy Mcfaull, 52, advised The Day by day Report: “They took us off the aircraft at midnight and it was chaos as a result of the airport was usually closed then. I had purchased my daughter a bottle of Gray Goose and the safety workers took it off me and binned it.

Passengers have been placed on a flight residence the next morning.
An easyJet spokesperson advised The Unbiased: “EasyJet can affirm that flight EZY6892 from Dalaman to Glasgow final evening was required to divert to Frankfurt attributable to a passenger on board requiring pressing medical help and the passenger was met by medical providers on arrival in Frankfurt.
“Sadly because of the airport’s curfew, the flight needed to be delayed in a single day and departed this morning.
